For groups with 5-50 employees, MetLife offers a dental, vision, and life package. There are two Dental PPO options and one HMO option available through this package. Groups with 5 or more enrollees may select one dental plan, while groups with 10 or more enrolled are allowed dual option, and triple option is available for groups with 25 or more enrolled. This offering also includes a rich vision plan, a $50,000 basic life plan, AND a supplemental voluntary life offering for groups with at least 10 eligible employees and 5 or more enrolled.

For groups with 2-4 employees, MetLife offers a dental-plus-life package. This includes a comprehensive PPO dental plan with $1,000 Calendar Year Maximum, and a $20,000 basic term life plan with AD&D.
