- All CoPower One plans: $0
- All Delta Dental plans: $0
- All Landmark plans: $0
- All MetLife plans: $0
- All VSP plans: Groups sizes 2-4 –$10 monthly admin fee for the first year and a $15 monthly admin fee after their first year. Group sizes (5+) - $15 monthly admin fee
- All Unum plans: $10 monthly admin fee
