MetLife has some good news for customers with fully insured dental PPOs. MetLife customers active beyond June 1, 2020 will get a 25% premium credit for April and May 2020. The MetLife Dental PPO credit will be shown on the group’s June invoice, which will be sent to your clients on or about May 8. Most dental offices have shut down non-emergency services during the COVID-19 pandemic. So employees are deferring these services or may cancel them altogether.
