There’s now an easier way to submit your cases with the CoPower Census (All Carriers - CA). You are not required to use it. However, submitting a fully completed census means faster and more efficient underwriting and implementation of the case.
If you use the census, you don’t have to worry about submitting any of these forms:
- DE-9C
- Employee application forms
- Waiver forms
The CoPower Census is just one more way we’re streamlining the enrollment process.
