Nearly half of employees say they are highly interested in purchasing supplemental insurance to help cover the financial costs related to COVID-19 or other pandemics. That figure is 63% for Millennials.
Life, dental, vision, and accident insurance are the most commonly selected supplemental benefits. Seventy percent of employers say supplemental insurance helps with recruiting and 75% say it helps with retention.
